With pink salmon colour, fine and persistent bubbles. The aroma is elegant and delicate. The flavour is persistent and very long with a beautiful complexity.

1 x Alvarinho Classic White 2020 (Alvarinho)
Citrus colour, aroma revels a classic Alvarinho Soalheiro, intense and tropical with mineral notes. 2017, Hot Days and Cold Nights allow the aromas to stay fresh, with fruits present but balanced acidity.
